Discount Information
Students and NHS workers eligible for 10% discount from Tuesday to Friday, 10am until 3pm. Concession cuts (age 65+) also available during these times.​

Our midweek makeover is available on Wednesdays with Danielle. Get 20% off any one colour service when booked with a full price cut and blowdry (excluding single foils and partial tint).

Deposit Information
We take a 50% non-refundable deposit for colour services or appointments that total over £100.
​
One week before your appointment, you will be sent a payment link requesting the deposit amount. Once received, your booking will be confirmed and the deposit will be taken off the balance at point of sale. If we do not receive your deposit, your upcoming appointment will be cancelled.

Cancellation Information
We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. If your appointment is rescheduled or cancelled outside of this timeframe, there will be no charge. If your appointment is rescheduled or cancelled in under 24 hours, but over 12 hours there will be a 50% charge. Any same day cancellations or no shows will be liable for 100% of the appointment fee and will be unable to book again until the balance is cleared.
